My workshops focus on particular writing styles and techniques.
An email to a friend will read differently to, say, a job application because the style of language must adjust to each. Yet most people think their personal style suits every purpose: this could be why their message sometimes succeeds but at other times falls flat.
My workshops are interactive, with enjoyable exercises and discussion, and are suitable for all. Recent workshops include:
- Brevity is Best: articulating your message in fewest words
- Write First Time: increasing productivity by reducing the number of edits/iterations required
- Practical Bid Writing: producing a potent and well-articulated ‘one-voice’ offer from multiple-expert contributions in response to complex questions
- Bid Writing (Process): developing smart libraries, dynamic teams, streamlined interactions
- Report Writing: obtaining a clear brief, setting the right structure, planning and producing the right content at the right readership level
- Executive Summaries for every application
Contact me to discuss joining a future workshop as an individual, or arranging an in-house workshop for groups of employees.
